At Harvest Church, we believe God has uniquely gifted every person with a purpose. Serving is more than filling a role—it's an opportunity to honor God, build His Kingdom, and make a lasting impact in the lives of others. Whether you're welcoming guests, serving behind the scenes, investing in the next generation, or using your creative gifts, every ministry plays an essential part in helping people encounter the love, hope, and presence of Jesus. Together, we are building a church where every person is valued, every gift is needed, and every act of service advances the mission of Christ.
While there are many opportunities to serve at Harvest Church, some ministry teams require church membership before serving. Ministries such as our Platform Ministries, Children's Ministry, and Youth Ministry serve in roles of spiritual leadership, discipleship, and influence. Because these teams directly minister to others and help shape the culture of our church, membership reflects a shared commitment to our mission, beliefs, and leadership.
At Harvest Church, membership is more than having your name on a list—it's a covenant relationship. It reflects a shared commitment to our mission, our beliefs, our leadership, and our church family. We believe it's important to build genuine relationships with those who serve, especially in ministries that lead from the platform or care for our children and youth. This helps us protect the unity of the church while creating safe, healthy environments where people of every generation can grow in Christ.
There are many opportunities to serve throughout the year—from weekly ministry teams to special events and community outreaches. Every act of service helps fulfill the mission of Harvest Church as we make a life-changing impact in our church, our community, and to the ends of the earth.
Before joining a ministry team, we encourage you to get connected, build relationships, and faithfully attend Harvest Church for at least six months. This allows you to become part of the life of our church while preparing to serve alongside our church family.

Submitting a Ministry Application is the first step in discovering where God has called and gifted you to serve. While submitting an application does not automatically guarantee placement on a ministry team, our desire is to help you find the ministry that best aligns with your gifts, passions, and calling. Many ministries begin with a quarterly serving commitment, giving both you and the ministry leader an opportunity to prayerfully discern whether the ministry is the right fit.
After we receive your application, the ministry leader will contact you to discuss the next steps in the volunteer process. Before serving at Harvest Church, all volunteers are required to complete our ministry onboarding process.
We are excited to help you find your place in serving as we work together to Magnify God, Mature the Believer, and Multiply the Kingdom. Your willingness to serve makes a lasting impact in our church, our community, and beyond.
